IFR GPS

An IFR-approved GPS was ready for IFR when it left the factory.  However, your installation will also need to earn an IFR approval.  Most IFR-capable GPS systems will require the installation of an external CDI / Indicator and an Annunciator Control Unit (ACU) for the installation to earn an IFR approval. Be sure to discuss this with us, as you may already own a compatible CDI / Indicator.
