Product Description
This is a special Terra package for adding Glideslope capability to your aircraft. This compact, lightweight system includes both the NAV Receiver / Glideslope Receiver and the Indicator. This package is available for less than the total price of the units purchased individually.
Terra TRI-NAV VOR/LOC/Glideslope Indicator
Terra's TRI-NAV Indicator is different from most other indicators. Instead of delicate meter movements, the TRI-NAV uses rows of lights for both VOR/LOC and Glideslope deviations. The more lights displayed, the greater a correction is needed. The result is easy to read and reliable.
The standard TRI-NAV indicator may be connected to two NAV Receivers, allowing the pilot to toggle between them.
The TRI-NAV C version is designed to toggle between a NAV Receiver and a GPS / Loran. This flexibility can be very valuable, especially if you do not have panel space for two separate indicators.
Both TRI-NAV versions feature:
- Gas discharge display
- Test function
Terra TN-200D NAV Receiver
The TN-200D is Terra's best NAV Receiver... it's light and bright. Add to that small size and lower power consumption, and you have a full-feature NAV that you can fit almost anywhere. You can tune in all 200 channels with a single knob.
This version does include an internal 40 channel Glideslope Receiver, which will drive a Glideslope Indicator.
